I have left my dog 3 times for 7 days+ in the Hotel Monsanto Pet. They were regularly sending pictures, videos and taking a very good care of him. I am extremely happy about the service and how welcoming the team is!
Thank you so much for looking after Alfie and Charlie today. We have travelled with our dogs from the UK and were staying next door at Camping Lisbon. We wanted to go into Lisbon but our dogs were not allowed on the bus or taxi as we didn't have pet carriers. We walked up to the pet hotel and arranged for them to stay the next day. Whilst in Lisbon we received a WhatsApp video showing them out for a walk. Depending on the time of year you can also get a discount if you are staying at the campsite. It allowed us to have a lovely day out and also saved my eldest dog from the heat and alot of walking. The staff were all amazing and very helpful. Thank you
pet hotel 🏨very good with professional and very pleasant people. Rose was there for 4 weeks and was very well looked after.
made a request to book a couple days for my puppy, they sent an email saying they would confirm the reservation in the next 24h. it’s been over a week. tried calling them many times, no one picked up - which for me translates as an unreliable place where i couldn’t even get an update on my dog if i were to leave him there.
We left our 3 dogs in this daycare and thanks to the good care of Bruno and Patricia, we could visit Lisboa. They played , walked and loved our dogs like they were theirs! The perfect place next to the campsite where we stayed. So easy exces. And they give you 50proc of because we stayed on Lisboa camping!!! Thank you so much! All the best of luck for you guys! Care and protection in appropriately sized boxes; Sanitary conditions; Daily release into fenced parks; 24-hour surveillance; Administration of food. Animals must have an up-to-date vaccination schedule, proven by presentation of the Vaccination Booklet: Dogs – Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvovirus, Leptospirosis (DHPPI+L/L4; Canigen; V7; Eurican CHPL), Rabies (Nobivac Rabies; Rabisin; Rabigen; Versiguard Rabies; Vanguard R; Versican Plus Pi/L4R; Versican Plus; DHPPi/L4R; Versican DHPPi/L3R; Rabdomun; Purevax rabies; Eurican CHPPi2-LR; Eurican CHP-LR) and Kennel Cough (Pneumodog; Nobivac KC), dewormed (internal and external); Cats – Feline respiratory herpesvirus, infectious rhinotracheitis or calicivirus, infectious panleukopenia (Nobivac Tricat, Versifel CVR, Purevax RCP, Purevax RCPCh), internal and external deworming; Rabbits – Myxomatosis and Viral Haemorrhagic Disease (Myxo-RHD). The Vaccination Booklet must remain at the Hotel Monsanto Pet premises throughout the animal's stay. Animals must be dewormed. In the event of parasites, Hotel Monsanto Pet may carry out deworming of the animals with the owners' authorisation, at the rates in force. Any recent illness or chronic condition the animal may have must be reported on the date of arrival. If the animal is taking any medication, the owner must bring a prescription from the attending Veterinarian. In cases of advanced age, intensive care or frailty of the animal, a disclaimer/liability waiver will be requested and the daily rate may be adjusted. For your convenience and that of your pet, we offer a veterinary medical service. In cases where contact with the owner (by phone, message or e-mail) is not possible, and in urgent cases, Hotel Monsanto Pet is authorised to take all measures it deems appropriate to resolve the situation, namely, moving/transporting the animal, admitting it to its own Veterinary facility, signing liability waivers and authorising procedures that appear to be the most suitable to preserve [the animal's wellbeing]. When the animal does not leave with its owner, the owner must notify the Hotel Monsanto Pet staff in writing of the identity of the person who will collect it on their behalf. So that the environment is as familiar as possible for the animal, you may bring its favourite toys or even its bed. Animals must be sociable; aggressive animals are not accepted. The owner is responsible for complying with all legal obligations relating to their pets, with particular emphasis on the obligations relating to animals deemed potentially dangerous, which must always present proof of up-to-date registration with the respective Parish Council (Junta de Freguesia), as well as civil liability insurance. If the animal shows itself to be dangerous, the Hotel reserves the right to isolate the animal, and the owner will have 24 hours to collect it. After that period, if the animal is not collected by the owner, it will be considered abandoned by them. If the animal is not collected within three days of the scheduled departure date from Hotel Monsanto Pet, and without prior notice from the owner, the legal procedures for handing the animal over to the Municipal kennel will be initiated.
