Excelentes profissionais e extremamente simpáticas. Variedade de artigos e alimentos. Aquários limpos e sem peixes mortos. São de confiança! A secção de tosquia e lavagem deixa-nos descansados quanto ao tratamento dos animais. O hotel é muito bom e a florzinha não apresentou qq queixa. Parabéns pelo excelente trabalho!!

The animal must be at least 3 months old. ● The animal must have all vaccinations up to date (minimum of 5 days after the last vaccine). In the case of dogs, they must also have the kennel cough vaccine. They must also have their external and internal deworming up to date (this can be carried out at the hotel). ● The vaccination booklet or passport is to be handed over together with the animal, and will be returned afterwards. ● The animal must not be a carrier of any infectious or contagious diseases. ● If the animal has any chronic illnesses, please notify us before the stay. ● The owner must bring the food and/or pâtés the animal is used to (to avoid sudden changes that could distress the animal). ● Hotel Canis Villa undertakes to house the animal(s) in its accommodation during the periods agreed with the owner on a case-by-case basis, providing the appropriate care, namely safekeeping, hygiene, feeding and welfare. ● The owner is responsible for complying with all legal obligations relating to the animal(s), in particular those relating to animals deemed potentially dangerous, which must always present proof of up-to-date registration with the respective Parish Council (Junta de Freguesia). ● The owner undertakes to provide their identity and address, as well as the name and contact of the person they appoint as their substitute (this being the person who, in the owner's absence or unavailability, will fully assume their role, with all rights and duties).
